As a Flame Timeline and Project Lead, I help guide commercial projects from kickoff through final delivery, building and managing timelines, coordinating compositing teams and outsourcing, overseeing postings and deliveries, and working closely with production to keep projects organized and moving forward. I also remain hands-on creatively, stepping into compositing within Nuke and troubleshooting whenever needed.

This is truly one of the projects I've been most proud of through the years. This projects main focus was de-aging and aging the parents throughout the commercial so they are growing with their daughter from child to adult.
I led the project from setup through final delivery, coordinating the compositing team, as well as working on some of the big comps myself, while developing workflows for several technically challenging shots. Along with this, I researched and implemented new AI-assisted techniques for age transformation and dialogue replacement, helping guide the project through extensive creative revisions and a successful final delivery.

Sling | Paperboy

I led this fun project from setup through final delivery, coordinating the compositing team, as well as joining in on some of the comps. This project included lots of cleanup or wires and strings, screen comps, split screens, and some retiming on the paperboys’ fall near the end of the commercial, and some added lens flares to bring the whole feel together perfectly. There were multiple versions of this commercial one :15 which you can watch below.

Led a large-scale campaign with heavy cleanup and compositing across more than 100 deliverables including :30’s, :15’s, multiple sizes, socials and cut downs. I coordinated an international team across time zones, managed extensive revisions, and helped maintain consistency across a huge volume of detailed work. With an extremely tight schedule and constantly evolving needs, this project was a true exercise in organization, communication, and leading a team through a challenging delivery.

Led conform, outsourcing, compositing tasks, postings, and delivery for this campaign with a compressed schedule. Worked closely with artists to solve complex split-screens, CG addition, creative touches and challenges.

I’ve led multiple Dominos jobs throughout my leading experiences. This one is just one of my favorites!

For all my Dominos projects, I led fast-paced multi-spot campaigns with quick delivery schedules, coordinating in-house artists and outsourcing while managing conforms, postings, revisions, and deliveries. Navigating any last minute creative changes while keeping the projects organized and moving forward. In these “Black and Gold” commercials specifically, I had to create a “glowing look” for the packaging. I created a script that was utilized for my team to use and match.

Supported the project lead throughout production by managing the compositing team, coordinating outsourcing, handling shot updates, and providing guidance on the studio's Flame pipeline. Served as a key point of contact for the comp team and helped keep the project organized through a large volume of deliverables.
